ThaiVedic bodywork is a fluid, meditative massage performed on the floor, fully clothed, that incorporates dynamic assisted stretches similar to yin yoga postures, combined with acupressure and massage. It creates mobility in your joints, opening tight places, all while receiving nourishing massage. In a Chi Nei Tsang session, your belly receives nourishing massage so you can release built up tension and emotions.     Cupping therapy is an ancient form of traditional medicine where specific cups are placed on your skin, creating suction that pulls out stagnant pain and energy. It can be used to release fascia, increase circulation, and remove toxicity. Cupping softens your muscles, allowing your body to receive the benefits of deep tissue massage even more.
