Eliza offers one-on-one and small group yoga classes, specifically designed to balance your body and mind’s unique constitution. Through the lens of ThaiVedic Yoga, Eliza integrates the qualities and characteristics of the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) to create a well-rounded, holistic yoga practice. Her background in Anusara yoga, and alignment-based and heart-centered practice brings safety and structure into the foundation of the session. Eliza is happy to further assist with hands-on, feel-good, therapeutic adjustments.

Align and Flow is an alignment-based and heart-centered asana practice, combining the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern science of biomechanics. This graceful and slow flow yoga uses the 5 Universal Principles of Alignment to create a vibrant body, clear mind, and expansive spirit.

ThaiVedic Yoga uses the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the 5 elements to bring balance to a person’s Dosha, or current state of imbalance. Group classes are TriDoshic, suitable for all people, yet there may be a focus on balancing Vata, Pitta, or Kapha, depending on the group needs and environment at the time.

*Private sessions are available to deepen one’s understanding of their Dosha and personalize their yoga and meditation practice. Lifestyle guidance is available as well.
