Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal detox massage)

According to ancient Chinese thought, the abdomen is the center of our universe. Emotional experiences are stored in our internal organs, and can be reflected with digestive issues and pain. Our organs each have a very specific and important job to do, yet how often do we give them healing attention?

Chi Nei Tsang uses massage and intentional healing to release stored energy and trauma in the organs, so that the digestive system move more smoothly.  When our internal organs are functioning optimally, our mind and body are able to follow suite.

On the day of your treatment, please eat lightly and refrain from all food two hours beforehand.

Circle_Simple__Reiki

Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing in which the practitioner holds their hands on or above the client’s body to move universal healing energy. Reiki creates a deep sense of nurturing peace and activates the client’s natural healing process to restore physical and emotional well-being.  A meditative state of relaxation is created during a Reiki session.

Reiki is excellent for acute or chronic injuries, creating emotional resilience, and activating a connection to the Universe.

Reiki can be combined with all styles of massage and bodywork offered.

Circle_Simple__Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu is a barefoot style of massage, where deeply therapeutic strokes are delivered with pressure from feet. This is an incredibly luxurious, deep tissue massage. Pressure can be adjusted according to the client’s needs, and the strokes can span along the entirety of the client’s body.

Ashiatsu was derived from Chavutti Thirumal, a barefoot style of massage developed by ancient Indian warriors and healers. There are many other Eastern traditions, such as Thai and Phillipino, that incorporate barefoot techniques into their bodywork. Ashiatus blends wisdom from the East with a modern style of massage catered towards people in the West.
